Heater Core Installation
Tool Required: J 37097 Mubea Hose Clamp Tool
1. heater core into vehicle and attaching screws.(screws 12 lb in)
2. heater core cover screws and cover.(screws 12 lb in)
3. Programmer
A. programmer and attaching screws.(screws 12 lb in)
B. Electrical wiring and vacuum hoses
C. temperature valve link rod.
D. Instrument panel compartment (glove box)
4. Center and lower instrument panel trim plates.
5. Right sound insulator.
6. Connect heater hoses from heater core. Using tool j 37097
7. Refill cooling system.
8. Connect battery ground cable.
