Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Actuator (Slave)

Air Inlet Assembly

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Instrument Panel (I/P) compartment (glove box)

2. Heater duct

3. Two mounting nuts from back of actuator through heater outlet

4. Four mounting screws and I/P bracket from directly behind actuator.

5. Slave valve plastic pivot pin from top of module.

6. Actuator arm from slave valve

7. Vacuum line from actuator

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Actuator arm to slave valve

2. Vacuum line to actuator

3. Slave valve plastic pivot pin through top of module

4. Two mounting nuts on back of actuator through heater outlet

5. I/P bracket and four mounting screws

6. Heater duct

7. I/P compartment (glove box)
