Hydraulic Control Assembly - Antilock Brakes: Service and Repair
Pressure Modulator Valve (PMV) Reservoir
PRESSURE MODULATOR VALVE (PMV) RESERVOIR
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Air cleaner assembly.
2. PMV reservoir connector.
3. Clamp on reservoir hose to PMV reservoir. Obtain a 15.5 mm (5/8 in.) plug to be used in Step 3.
4. Reservoir hose from PMV reservoir and plug hose to prevent escape of brake fluid.
5. PMV reservoir by carefully prying.
6. PMV reservoir seals; note seal orientation.
