Bonneville V6-3800 3.8L VIN L SFI (1995)
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Vacuum actuator to air distributor assembly by engaging to valve and clipping into position.
2. Air distributor assembly halves and install attaching clips and screws.

Tighten screws to 1.5 Nm (13 lb. in.).

Enable SIR system, Refer to Air Bags and Seat Belts. See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems
Actuator (Outside Air Valve)
Air Inlet Assembly
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Left sound insulator.
2. Vacuum hose from actuator.
3. Unclip from air inlet and disengage from valve.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Engage actuator to valve and clip to air inlet.
2. Vacuum hose to actuator.
3. Left sound insulator.
Air Distributor Assembly
WARNING: The following procedures must be followed in the order listed to temporarily disable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR)
system and prevent false diagnostic trouble codes from setting. Failure to follow this procedure could result In possible air bag deployment,
personal Injury, or otherwise unneeded SIR system repairs.
