3. Route the electrical harness and connect electrical connections.
4. Install the instrument panel.
5. Install the upper steering column trim cover.
6. Install the retaining screw (3) to the upper steering column trim cover.

Tighten the screw to 1.5 Nm (13 inch lbs.).
7. Install the lower steering column trim cover.

Ensure that the slots on the lower trim cover engage with the tabs on the upper trim cover.

Tilt the lower trim cover up and snap the trim covers together.
8. Install the retaining screws (2) to the lower steering column trim cover.

Tighten the screws to 3.5 Nm (31 inch lbs.).
9. Install the steering wheel.
10. Install the tilt lever.
11. Enable the SIR system.
