Bonneville V8-4.6L VIN Y (2004)
1. Install the power steering return hose to the vehicle.
2. Connect the power steering return hose to the frame brackets.
Notice Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Connect the power steering return hose fitting to the power steering gear.

Tighten the fitting to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
4. Connect the power steering return hose to the wiring harness with a new tie strap.
5. Install the front air deflector.
6. Install the power steering gear heat shield.
7. Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Install the power steering return hose mounting bracket to the cylinder head.

Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
10. Connect the power steering return hose to the power steering pump.
11. Bleed the power steering system.
