CAMBER ADJUSTMENT
1.
Remove upper ball joint as described in the ``Front Suspension & Steering Section, 1984-87.''
2.
Camber may be increased approximately 1° by rotating 1/2 turn and reinstalling with flat of upper flange on inboard side of control arm, Fig. 1.

CASTER ADJUSTMENT
1.
Remove upper control arm as described in the ``Front Suspension & Steering Section, 1984---87.''
2.
Adjust caster by installing washers between legs of upper control arm, Fig. 2. When caster is adjusted, two washers totalling .472 inch (12
mm) must be installed, with one at each end of locating tube.
CAMBER & CASTER
ADJUSTMENT
1.
Jounce front and rear bumpers three times.
2.
Loosen upper control arm shaft bolts and move upper control arm as shown, Fig. 4, to adjust caster and camber. If upper control arm shaft bolts
are removed, paddle nut assembly must be replaced.
3.
Torque upper control arm shaft bolts to 52 ft. lbs. plus an additional 1/4 turn.
