1.
Disconnect battery ground cable and drain cooling system.
2.
Remove intake air duct assembly.
3.
Remove fan shroud or upper radiator support, as applicable, then remove accessory drive belts.
4.
Remove pulley from water pump hub.
5.
Remove radiator lower hose and heater hose from water pump.
6.
Remove water pump attaching bolts and the pump, Fig. 20, noting position of bolts for assembly reference.
7.
Reverse procedure to install.
