Clearcoats:
Stir AT-361 clearcoat for 1-2 minutes.
Activate clearcoat with urethane hardener as follows:
Mix 5 parts clearcoat with 1 part 10BHU-41421 urethane hardener; stir thoroughly. Reduce to spray viscosity with 1-2 parts 10AHK-43286 solvent
blend if ambient temperature is 70-85 degrees Fahrenheit or, 1-2 parts 10AHK-42550 solvent blend if ambient temperature is 80-95 degrees Fahrenheit.
Clearcoat pot-life is 4 hours.
Apply clearcoat using 60-70 psi atomizing air in 2-3 coats allowing 1-3 minutes flash-off between coats. Allow 10-15 minutes flash before force drying.
Force Dry:
60 minutes @ 140 degrees Fahrenheit
Cleanup:
Clean spray guns and equipment immediately with solvent (xylene, toluene or equivalent).
Use applicable labor operation and time.
