BULLETIN COVERS:
When a new turbine shaft with a ball capsule was released for production, a plug (Figure 1, Item 222) should have been removed from the pump cover.
This plug may not have been removed on all subject transmissions.. If the plug is left in, a slightly slower torque converter clutch (TCC) apply may
result. This slightly slower TCC apply is not a durability concern.
