Front Side Door Window Upper Rear Weatherstrip Retainer Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Lower the folding top to a suitable working position.
2. Remove the front side door window upper rear weatherstrip.

3. Remove the front side door window upper rear weatherstrip retainer bolts (4).
4. Remove the front side door window upper rear weatherstrip retainer (3).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the front side door window upper rear weatherstrip retainer (3).

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the front side door window upper rear weatherstrip retainer bolt (4).

Tighten the bolts (4) to 1.3 N.m (12 lb in).

3. Install the front side door window upper rear weatherstrip.

Caution:  Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

4. Connect the negative battery cable.
5. Raise the folding top.
