Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement - Air Conditioning

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the Air Conditioning (A/C) belt.  - Air Conditioning.

2. Loosen the A/C belt tensioner bolt (3).
3. Remove the A/C belt tensioner (4).

Installation Procedure 

1. Install the A/C belt tensioner (4).

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Tighten the A/C belt tensioner bolt (3).

Tighten the A/C belt tensioner bolt to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.). 

3. Install the A/C belt.  - Air Conditioning.
