3. Reconnect the PCM connectors. 

Tighten
Tighten the PCM connector end fasteners to 8 N.m (70 lb in).

4. Connect the negative battery cable.
5. If you install a new PCM, program the PCM.  See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning
