Firebird V8-5.7L VIN G (2001)
1. Coat the threads of the heated oxygen sensor with anti-seize compound P/N 12377953, or the equivalent if necessary.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the heated oxygen sensor.
Tighten
Tighten the HO2S to 41 N.m (30 lb ft).
3. Connect the HO2S electrical connector.
4. Lower the vehicle.
