Strut Assembly Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the strut upper mounting nuts.
Important: Lift the vehicle using ONLY a frame-contact vehicle lift. Do NOT lift the vehicle using a suspension-contact vehicle lift.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
3. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (4 Lug Wheel) Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (5 Lug
Wheel).
4. Disconnect the stabilizer shaft link from the strut assembly.
