Some customers may comment on glass panel rattling or loose.

Cause

Glass panel retention pins loose or missing.

Correction

Important
The glass panel retention pins are available as an individual service part. DO NOT order an entire sunroof module in order to obtain the
retention pins.

Replace the affected glass panel retention pins. Install pin kit, P/N 11610765. Each kit contains two pins and will service one glass panel.

Customers may comment on a plastic/metal rattle type noise that occurs while driving over bumps. This noise usually comes from the rear of the sunroof
module.

Cause

This condition may be caused by loose mounting bolts/fasteners.
