3. Notice: Refer to Installing Hoses Without Twists or Bends Notice.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
Install the power steering return hose (3) to the power steering gear (5).
Tighten the fitting to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the power steering pressure hose to the power steering gear.
5. Install the power steering return hose (3) to the retainer (6).
6. Install the retaining bolt and screw to the cooler pipe brackets.
Tighten to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Install the power steering return hose (3) to the power steering pump (1).
9. Install the power steering hose retaining bracket (2) and the retaining nut (1).
Tighten the nut to 50 Nm (37 inch lbs.).
10. Ensure the power steering hose has sufficient clearance from the exhaust manifold.
11. Bleed the air from the power steering system.
