G6 V6-3.5L (2009)
1. Install a NEW exhaust manifold gasket onto the cylinder head studs.
2. Install the exhaust manifold.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Install the exhaust manifold nuts.
Tighten the nuts to 16 Nm (12 lb ft).
4. Install the left catalytic converter. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (LY7) (See: Catalytic Converter/Service and Repair

(LZ9) (See: Catalytic Converter/Service and Repair).
5. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield and bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
