2. Install the HVAC control module.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

3. Tighten the HVAC control module screws.

Tighten the screws to 2.5 Nm (22 lb in).

4. Install the I/P center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /

Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair).

5. Calibrate the actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration   (See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning). 
6. Refer to Control Module References   (See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning) for programming and setup information.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the right closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side   (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /

Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair).

2. Remove the blower motor control processor wire harness connector.
3. Remove the blower motor control processor screws.
