Trailing Arm Bracket Replacement (Convertible)

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle   (See: Wheels and Tires/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation   (See: Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair).
3. Remove the rear frame brace. Refer to Frame Brace Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Frame/Structural Brace/Service and Repair).
4. Remove the rear axle tie rod bracket. Refer to Rear Axle Tie Rod Bracket Brace Replacement   (See: Steering/Tie Rod/Service and Repair/Rear

Suspension).

5. Remove the 2 trailing arm bracket to body bolts.
6. Remove the rear parking brake cable routing bolt from the trailing arm.
