3. Install the transaxle range selector lever cable to the transaxle control lever base. Ensure the cable retainer (2) is fully secured to the transaxle
control lever base.
4. Connect the transaxle range selector lever cable terminal (1) to the shift lever pin.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
5. Install the 2 lower I/P bracket bolts and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
6. Install the left rear floor duct.
7. Install the console. Refer to Console Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair).
8. Install the transaxle range selector lever cable (2) to the cable bracket.
9. Connect the transaxle range selector lever cable terminal (1) to the transaxle manual shift lever pin.
10. Adjust the automatic transmission range selector lever cable. Refer to Range Selector Lever Cable Adjustment (See: Adjustments).
