Evaporative Emissions Hose: Service and Repair
Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Hoses/Pipes Replacement - Canister/Fuel Tank
EVAPORATIVE EMISSION (EVAP) HOSES/PIPES REPLACEMENT - CANISTER/FUEL TANK
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the fuel tank.
2. Disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) vapor line quick connect fittings from the fuel sender.
3. Disconnect the EVAP vapor line quick connect fitting at the EVAP canister.
4. Cap or plug the EVAP connections and the fuel sender and canister in order to prevent system contamination.
5. Remove the EVAP vapor line from the fuel tank.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Remove the EVAP vapor line from the fuel tank.
