Replace - Intake Manifold/Transaxle Case (Use in conjunction with V4720, V4721, V4722, or V4723)

If campaign inspections reveals either a cracked intake manifold or cracked transaxle case the appropriate "T" operation should be used for submission
of a warranty claim.

NOTE:

FAILURE CODE 95 MUST BE USED WITH THESE "T" OPERATIONS.

Dealers will shortly receive Campaign Bulletin 88-C-09 with VIN # listings. Owner letter mailings will be made approximately ten days later.
