Heater Hose: Service and Repair
Heater Hoses

NOTE: The heater water by-pass valve and heater hoses are replaced as an assembly.

HEATER INLET HOSE

Remove or Disconnect

1. Drain engine coolant.
2. Top heater hose from thermostat housing.
3. Raise vehicle.
4. Heater hoses from heater core.
5. Heater hose from heater pipe.

Install or Connect

1. Heater hose to heater pipe.
2. Heater hoses to heater core.
3. Lower vehicle.
4. Top heater hose to thermostat housing.
5. Refill engine coolant.
