Backing Plate: Service and Repair
Installation

Brake Components

-

Install backing plate to axle assembly.

-

Install hub and bearing assembly to rear axle. See: Hub and Bearing Assembly

Install parking brake cable to backing plate.

Install brake pipe to wheel cylinder. See: Wheel Cylinder/Service and Repair/Installation

Install brake components. See: Brake Drum

Bleed the brake hydraulic system. See: Service and Repair

Adjust rear brake assembly. See: Brake Shoe/Adjustments
