11. Install the door panel screw through the hole in the front door warning reflector.

Tighten
Tighten the door trim panel screw to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

12. Install the front door warning reflector.
13. Install the front door trim panel insert.

Trim Panel Insert Replacement - Front Door

TOOLS REQUIRED

J 38778 Door Trim Pad Remover Clip

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Using J 38778, disengage the door trim panel insert retainers.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector to the door upper speaker, if equipped.
3. Remove the front door upper trim plate (1).
4. Remove the door upper speaker from the door upper trim plate, if equipped. Disengage the retaining clips.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the door upper speaker to the door upper trim plate, if equipped. Engage the retainer clips.
2. Connect the electrical connector to the door upper speaker.
3. Install the front door upper trim plate (1).
