6. Remove the cap from the wiper transmission.
7. Remove 4 screws and the wiper transmission from the tube frame.
8. Remove 3 grommets from the tube frame and from the wiper transmission.
9. Remove the wiper motor from the tube frame. 

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install 3 grommets onto the tube frame and the wiper transmission.
2. Install the wiper motor onto the tube frame.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the wiper transmission onto the tube frame with 4 crews.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 9 N.m (79 lb in).

4. Install the cap onto the wiper transmission.
