Air Door Cable: Service and Repair
With Air Conditioning

Replace Cable

Temperature Control Cable Routing

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1.  Right sound insulator.
2.  Control assembly.
3.  Cable from control assembly.
4.  Temperature control cable from heater module. (Use a 7mm socket to push the retaining "fingers" on the module Arm together to allow for easy

release of cable end.)

5.  Temperature control cable.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1.  Temperature control cable.
2.  Temperature control cable to heater module. 
3.  Cable to control assembly.
4.  Control assembly.
5.  Right sound insulator.
