Heater Module (2 Of 2)

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1.  Negative battery cable.
2.  Instrument Panel assembly.
3.  Engine coolant.
4.  Raise vehicle. 
5.  Drain tube elbow from heater core cover.
6.  Heater hoses from heater core.
7.  Bolt from behind steering gear and on sides of heater core inlet/outlet.
8.  Lower vehicle.
9.  Bolts from driver's's side of blower case.

10.  Screws and floor outlet, turning clockwise and to the right to release from rear floor air outlet.
11.  Screw and clips and windshield defroster duct.
12.  Vacuum harness from vacuum actuators.
13.  Nuts attaching heater and vent module to dash.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1.  Nuts attaching heater and vent module to dash after positioning into vehicle.
2.  Screw and clips after positioning windshield defroster duct.
3.  Bolts to driver's side of blower case.
4.  Raise vehicle.
5.  Drain tube elbow to heater core cover.
6.  Heater hoses to heater core.
7.  Bolts behind steering gear and on sides of heater core inlet/outlet.
8.  Lower vehicle.
9.  Floor outlet and screws; verify proper engagement to rear floor air outlet.

10.  Vacuum harness to vacuum actuators.
11.  Instrument Panel assembly.
12.  Fill engine cooling system.
