Remove three attaching screws at the bottom of steering column cover, Fig. 182.

Remove cover by carefully pulling rearward to release it from the three clips at the top.
22.
Remove two bolts at upper part of steering column.
23.
Remove two bolts at lower part of column, then lower column.
24.
Disconnect electrical connectors at steering column.
25.
Remove two screws securing right side sound insulator, then remove insulator.
26.
Disconnect electrical connectors to fuse block.
27.
Remove four bolts securing fuse block, and remove fuse block.
