Heavy Duty Coolant Fan: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Remove coolant bottle.

3.

Remove engine strut(s).

4.

Remove harness from fan motor and fan frame.

5.

Remove fan frame to radiator support attaching bolts.

6.

Remove fan and frame assembly.

7.

Reverse procedure to install.
