Brake Signal: Description and Operation
DESCRIPTION
The Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) brake switch signal to the PCM indicates when the brake pedal is applied. The TCC brake switch information is
used by the PCM mainly to control the Transaxle torque converter clutch.
