4. Remove the TP sensor O-ring.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the TP sensor O-ring.
2. With the throttle valve in the normal closed idle position, install the TP sensor on the throttle body assembly.
3. Install the 2 TP sensor attaching screws, using a thread-locking compound on the screws. Loctite® 262, GM Part No. 1052624, or equivalent
should be used.
TIGHTEN

TP sensor attaching screws to 2.0 Nm (18 lb in).
4. Install the TP sensor electrical connector.
