Coolant Level Indicator Lamp: Testing and Inspection
Symptom Diagnostic Tests - Gauge Cluster
Test L: Low Coolant Indicator Does Not Light
Test M: Low Coolant Indicator Short Test
Disconnect the Coolant Level Switch. Put the Ignition Switch in RUN.

If the LOW COOLANT Indicator lights, check YEL/BLK (68) wire and Instrument Cluster printed circuit for a short to ground. If OK, service the
Instrument Cluster.

If the LOW COOLANT Indicator does not light, check for a poor connection. Of OK, replace the Coolant Level Switch.
