Energy Absorber Pad Replacement - Inner Front (Coupe)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Open the front door.
2. Remove the front door trim panel.
3. Remove the front door water deflector.
4. Disconnect the retainer clips from the front door inner energy absorber pad to the front door.
5. Remove the front door inner energy absorber pad from the front door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the front door inner energy absorber pad to the front door.
2. Connect the retainer clips into place on the front door inner energy absorber pad to the front door.
3. Install the front door water deflector.
4. Install the front door trim panel.
5. Close the front door.

Energy Absorber Pad Replacement - Outer Front (Coupe)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION:  This vehicle has energy-absorbing foam blocks for side impact protection. To help avoid personal injury in a collision, foam
blocks that are damaged, or removed during repairs must be replaced. Failure to replace foam blocks that are removed can violate federal
law.

1. Open the front door.
2. Remove the front door trim panel.
3. Remove the front door water deflector.
4. Remove the inner front energy absorber pad (coupe).
5. Remove the front door window regulator.
6. Remove the screws from the front door outer energy absorber pad.
7. Remove the front door energy absorber pad from the front door.
