Radiator Hose Replacement-Inlet

Removal Procedure

Tools Required 
-

J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
2. Remove the left diagonal brace. Refer to Brace Replacement - Sheet Metal Diagonal.
3. Use the J 38185 in order to reposition the hose clamp at the thermostat housing.
4. Disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the thermostat housing.

5. Use the J 38185 in order to reposition the hose clamp at the radiator.
6. Disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the radiator.
7. Remove the radiator inlet hose.
