Tighten the heater core outlet cover screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).
9. Install the cross vehicle beam.
10. Connect the heater hoses at the heater core.
11. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
12. Install the A/C lines at the evaporator block fitting.
13. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging. See: Service and Repair
14. Leak test the A/C system. Refer to Leak Testing.
15. Install the engine air cleaner.
