Inside Air Temperature Sensor Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate.
3. Remove the electrical connection at the inside air temperature sensor.
4. Remove the inside air temperature sensor; disconnect it from the aspirator duct.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT: Ensure the inside air temperature sensor is sealed to the instrument panel cluster trim plate in order prevent sampling the air behind
the dash.
1. Install the inside air temperature sensor to the aspirator duct.
Ensure that the duct is connected at the module.
2. Connect the electrical connector for the inside air sensor.
3. Install the instrument panel cluster trim plate.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
