Power Steering Return Hose Replacement 
Removal Procedure 

1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.

2. Remove the cooler pipe/hose from the retaining clips on the frame.

3. Remove the cooler pipe/hose from the clamps on the steering gear.
4. Remove the wiring harness clip from the cooler pipe/hose.
5. Disconnect the power steering pressure hose from the steering gear.
6. Disconnect the power steering return from the steering gear.
7. Remove the cooler pipe/hose from the vehicle.
