1. Lower intake manifold gaskets
2. Pushrods
^
Install pushrods in their original location.
^
Coat ends of pushrods with prelube GM P/N 1052365
^
Intake valve pushrods measure 144 mm (5.75 inches) long.
^
Exhaust valve pushrods measure 152.5 mm (6.0 inches) long.
3. Rocker arms
^
Install rocker arms in their original locations.
^
Coat rocker arm friction surfaces with prelube GM P/N 1052365
4. Rocker arm bolt
Tighten
^
Bolt to 14 N.m (124 lb.in.)
^
Turn bolt an additional 30°
