WATER PUMP GASKET LEAK GOODWRENCH DIESEL ENGINES
There are two raised sections on the front cover between the bolts underneath the water inlet holes. The raised sections are put there to put a higher load
on the water pump gasket in that area. Should you experience a leak in that area when transferring the water pump to a Goodwrench engine, apply a
RTV sealer to each side of the gasket. Do not grind off the raised section.
