Speaker Grille - Front Door

SPEAKER GRILLE REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Remove the six retainers (1) securing the speaker grille (5) to the door trim (2).
3. Remove the screw (4) attaching the speaker grille to the door storage bin (3).
4. Remove the speaker grille (5).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the speaker grille (5) to the door storage bin (3) and door trim panel (2).
2. Install the screw (4) securing the speaker grille (5) to the door storage bin (3).

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the screw to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

3. Install the six retainers (1) securing the speaker grille (5) to the door trim (2).
4. Install the door trim panel.
