1. Install the armrest (4) to the trim panel (1), and slide forward.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice   in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the 7 nuts (2) attaching the armrest (4) to the trim panel (1).

Tighten the nuts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

3. Install the 5 retaining clips (3), to the armrest (4).
4. Install the energy absorber pad. Refer to Energy Absorber Pad Replacement  (See: Energy Absorber Pad Replacement) .
