Lock Cylinder Replacement - Door

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the drivers door outside handle bracket. Refer to Door Handle Bracket Replacement - Outside (Driver Side)  (See: Doors, Hood and

2. Remove the clip (1) and slide the cam (7), spring (6), lever (5), spring (2) and rollers (4) away from the lock assembly.
3. Remove the spring (3) from the lock assembly.

4. Using a suitable pair of pliers, pull the door lock barrel housing pin (1) out of the drivers door outside handle bracket (2).
