Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement - Air Conditioning 

Removal Procedure 

1. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) drive belt. 
2. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Loosen the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt.
4. Remove the A/C drive belt tensioner.

Installation Procedure 

1. Install the A/C drive belt tensioner.

2. Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt.
Tighten the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).

3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Install the A/C drive belt.
