3. Install the positive cable to the generator:
1. Install the positive cable to the stud.
2. Install the positive cable nut at the generator.
Tighten the positive cable nut at the generator to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
3. Slide the boot over the generator stud.
4. Install the positive cable cover to the cable.
5. Install the positive cable to the stud on the fuseblock:
1. Install the positive cable to the stud.
2. Install the positive cable nut at the fuseblock.
Tighten the positive cable nut at the fuseblock to 14 N.m (10 lb ft).
3. Close the positive cable cap.
6. Install the battery.
