Console: Service and Repair
CONSOLE HOUSING
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Side panels by prying outward.
2. Accessary trim plate, pull rearward.
3. Two console brackets to instrument panel (I/P) nuts.
4. Four housing to console bracket screws.
5. Housing assembly.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Housing to console.
2. Housing to console bracket screws.
TIGHTEN
-
Screws to 2 Nm (17 lbs. in.).
3. Console bracket to instrument panel (I/P).
TIGHTEN
-
Nuts to 7 Nm (5 lbs. ft.)
4. Accessory trim plate.
5. Side panels.
