This bulletin cancels and replaces bulletin 89-1-17 issued 1/90. This bulletin is being revised to add step 9 and the labor operation and labor time.
High electrical loads may cause the A/C fuse # 12, 30 AMP, to deform the fuse block and make it difficult to install a new fuse.
To correct this condition, change the power source for the A/C high blower relay to reduce electrical load through fuse # 12 as follows:

Disconnect the battery.

Lower the fuse box from the dash. (See Figure 1)

Remove the A/C and high blower relay holder. This holder has a yellow plastic housing.
