Power Sliding Door Module: Service and Repair
Actuator Control Module Replacement - Psd (With RPO Code E59)
ACTUATOR CONTROL MODULE REPLACEMENT - PSD (WITH RPO E59)
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the left rear quarter lower trim panel.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the power sliding door (PSD) actuator control module (2).
3. Pull the PSD actuator control module (2) inboard in order to unhook the control module from the actuator motor.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Push the PSD actuator control module (2) outboard in order to unhook the control module from the actuator motor.
2. Install the PSD actuator control module electrical connectors.
3. Adjust the actuator cable.
4. Perform the reinitialization procedure. See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Power Sliding Door (PSD) - Re-Initialization
5. Install the left rear quarter lower trim panel.
