7. Install the water pump access plate and bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

8. Install the thermostat housing. Refer to Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Replacement (LE5) Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing

9. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement  (See: Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and Repair) .
